Huffman Stalker Investigation Now Suggests Fraud
The discovery of Clodfelter as the owner of both the stalker web site targeting Toni Hellon and the Huffman campaign web site further incriminated Huffman. But by not answering questions from the Tucson Weekly regarding his involvement in the affair, Steve drove the stake in deeper receiving a revoked endorsement from the Weekly. To top it off, the investigation has led to a new revelation. It was first rumored, and now confirmed by FEC filings from the Huffman campaign, that web hosting, design, and registration of the domain name worth thousands of dollars have been provided by Clodfelter and Sam Douglas as in-kind donations without being reported to the FEC opening up charges of campaign finance fraud.

Well, what do ya know...Huffman is a liar AND a cheat.
When I look at the Huffman website, it says on the bottom that the web site was developed by SlyngShot Web Site Solutions.
The www.huffman2006.com website's IP address is 64.34.164.248 which is a slyngshot.net address, meaning that Huffman's web server is hosted by the SlyngShot company.
SlyngShot's website is at www.slyngshot.net. The site says that the company was founded and is owned by Sam Douglas.
SlyngShot's business contact info is Sam Douglas SlyngShot Web Site Solutions 9985 E. Rocky Vista Dr.
Tucson, AZ., 85748 440-7003 393-8174
Searching through Huffman's 8 FEC filings at http://query.nictusa.com/cgi-bin/dcdev/forms/C00421032/ which includes 131 individual disbursements, I don't see Sam Douglas, SlyngShot Web Site Solutions, or 9985 E. Rocky Vista Dr. listed anywhere.
Nor do I see an entry for website design, website hosting, or any sort of Internet related services.
Very interesting...
Oh wait! I just found a connection between Todd Clodfelter and Sam Douglas.
Remember, Douglas owns SlyngShot.net which is the web host provider and designer for Steve Huffman's website.
Well, Todd Clodfelter has a website at 3dz.com and with an IP Address of 64.34.164.248. Recognize that IP Address? Yes, that is the same as Steve Huffman's website and is a server owned by the SlyngShot company. So, Todd Clodfelter's own website is hosted on the same little server as Steve Huffman's.
And there's more...
If you go to Todd Clodfelter's page at http://3dz.com/bummer you will see that Clodfelter is a BMW fanatic and a bunch of photos of a BMW.
Well, if you go to Sam Douglas's website at http://bmw.s3os.com - also hosted on the same server as Steve Huffman's website - you will see that Sam Douglas is also a BMW fan and that he has several BMW photos hosted there.
So, Clodfelter's BMW page is hosted, along with Douglas's BMW page, on the same server as Steve Huffman's website that is owned by Douglas using a domain that is owned by Clodfelter.
Curiouser and curiouser...
This is some pretty damning evidence showing how improbable it is that Huffman had nothing to do with and didn't even know about members of his campaign harassing Mike and Toni Hellon. It is also pretty embarassing for Huffman that Clodfelter, one of the people named in the Hellons' $200,000 lawsuit, is the actual owner of the official Huffman for Congress domain. Plus, the implications of campaign finance impropriety raises further questions. I wonder why this information isn't getting wider coverage in the blogosphere and elsewhere.
At least Mike Hellon is paying attention to this. Hellon was on AM 690 yesterday with his ex-wife Toni and he mentioned this controversy and had the details down. He mentioned that Clodfelter was the subject of a lawsuit for hosting the website with the peeping tom images of Toni's home. He mentioned that Clodfelter owned the Huffman campaign website domain. He even got into the fact that Huffman has not filed anything with the FEC showing the website design and hosting expenses. He went further to say that he's sure that there are campaign finance improprieties in Huffman's filings and that people are going through the database with a fine-toothed come looking for them.
Ooops. fine-toothed come should be fine-toothed COMB
