Arizona Eighth Blog Endorsements

Its time for the endorsements:

We endorse:

College Football, but not the BCS (we want playoffs).
Arizona never playing at LSU again.

The FasFuel gas station on the corner of Prince and Oracle ($2.49 a gallon).

T-shirts with the "Stop the Johnson Invasion" slogan.

The chimichanga as the official food of CD-8.

Blackjack Pizza with green olives.

Battlestar Galactica (both versions).

"Oh Brother Where Art Thou," both the movie and the soundtrack.

Lemon-scented essential oils as mosquito repellent.

And, finally, we endorse voting for the person who best represents your beliefs regardless of any other endorsements, advertising, chances of winning, or browbeating. The primary is the last true bastion of grass-roots democracy, and if we lose that, we lose a lot. If you wish to vote for Mike Jenkins, please do so and be proud. If you go with Jeff Latas, he certainly deserves your consideration. Just be sure that you vote with your heart and your vote will in no way be wasted. The biggest waste would be casting a ballot for a candidate you only half-heartedly support.

We have the general for that folks.

Framer,

How could you miss the fabulous Jeff Latas doggie shirt?

I must try the Blackjack, but will have to add pepperoni to those green olives. A pizza without pepperoni is not a pizza.

Have already posted links to the TDP margarita and the Ashton Spellbound. Folks should also consider single malt Islays (Laphroaig is best but Lagavulin and Ardbeg are also fantastic) and the Montecristo whites.

May good people do good things tomorrow....

Blackjack ain't bad for the kind of pizza that is cranked out of a machine. We patronize it at school quite often...the folks on Campbell are quite quite professional and courteous.

As for REAL pizza...holy...go to Fiorito's. It will cost you but the Tim's Special for meat lovers and the veggie are killer.

and I second the nomination for Baltar!!!!!

Oh..X4mr...we have more and more in common each day. Love that peety Laphroaig! Tastes like there is is real dirt in there...which appeals to us "dirt lovin" mountaineers!

Don't forget the lawnmowers and the long haired girls with straight white teeth. (I remember that line from an episode of MASH, for some reason).

Dang, you'll have to excuse me now, I didn't wear waterproof eyeliner today.

Oh come on. That was a fun game. Come on back to LSU lol. Serioulsy Arizona I think has some good potential in the next couple of years even though the Coaches should be taken to the woodshed for allowing yalls qb to play when it was evident to everyone he was likely playing with a concussion.

To all my Conservative Friends:

Randy Graf needs your support. He is running for Congress here in Arizona's 8th district. As you know, he defeated several moderates in the Arizona primary and now stands against his liberal democratic opponent.

This campaign is one of the most important races in the country. As an elected State Representative, Randy was a leader in the fight to secure our borders long before this campaign began. If you are concerned about protecting our country against terrorists and illegal immigration, please do what you can to help. This can include:

1. Signing up for emails and learning about Randy at VoteGraf.com
2. Give his office a call at 520-887-2984 and offer your support
3. Send him a donation of $10 - $2,100 to:
Graf for Congress
1800 E. Ft. Lowell Rd.

Tucson, AZ. 85719

Thank You for your support.
