Judi White, Pima County GOP Chair has moved Jim Kaucher to the position of 1st Vice Chair filling the slot vacated by Meg Econ who resigned several weeks ago. She also appointed Barbara Bathen as a member-at-large to complete the executive committee.
An executive committee member informed us that the bylaws allow the chairman to appoint replacements. Barbara will be responsible for the Get-Out-The-Vote (GOTV) effort.
